We are looking for a HR Intern who is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. This person will support HR operations with a strong focus on:
Departmento Pessoal (DP) administrative routines
Automation and process improvement projects
Training & development coordination
Recruitment and office operations support
Assist in preparing information for payroll inputs (absences, vacations, benefits usage, etc.).
Help organize employee documentation and maintain updated HR files.
Support the onboarding and offboarding administrative flow:
Preparing documentation
Scheduling medical exams (ASO)
Assisting with system entries
Support the monitoring and organization of benefits administration (VT, VR, health insurance updates).
Help maintain point/timesheet records and assist in identifying inconsistencies for supervisor review.
Support in tracking compliance items such as PPRA and PCMSO schedules.
Provide basic employee guidance for routine HR questions, escalating complex matters to senior management.
Assist in identifying manual HR routines that can be automated through tools such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, or HRIS platforms.
Support the creation of HR dashboards, trackers, and documentation workflows.
Help test new internal processes, templates, and automations to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Conduct research on best practices in HR operations and DP compliance, providing suggestions for improvement.
Assist in coordinating internal training schedules, invitations, attendance records, and follow-ups.
Help maintain our training library, HR policies, and onboarding materials.
Support the preparation of slide decks, training guides, and checklists for internal learning programs.
Assist in gathering feedback from employees to improve training initiatives.
Help prepare and publish job postings.
Monitor candidate pipelines and keep recruitment platforms updated.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct first-stage screening interviews (only with supervisor approval).
Assist with candidate communication, status updates, and documentation.
Assist in office supply tracking and support vendor communication.
Help update office budgets, recurring orders, and basic operational documentation.
Support employee workstation setups, access requests, and general office safety routines.
Currently studying HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Foundational understanding of Brazilian labor law, internship law, and collective bargaining agreements.
Interest or prior exposure to Departamento Pessoal routines is an advantage.
Strong skills in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (formulas, organization).
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in automation, process design, documentation, and innovation within HR.
Interest or initial experience in training & development or recruitment.
Hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle in a fast-growing digital agency.
